On March 14, 2011 a dream came to Jeffrey Williams. How can we touch the lives of more middle school students to the possibilities of being viable contributors to our society?

Youth Sports Officiating Training!!!
The mission statement of J’s Braintrust Consulting Services Inc. is to teach young people and adults time management skills, financial principles, and entrepreneurial planning in order to be successful and productive adults. The vision of the organization is to equip young people and adults with the tools necessary to be able to build plans, goals and dreams by providing a strong, core foundation of values that will help them become productive citizens in our society.

We are partners with Elite Officials of Nebraska whose mission is to encourage a positive learning community for basketball officials!
We also work with the Empowerment Network with the Step-Up summer programming as it relates to sports careers!

* We have assisted with training/evaluating over 150 basketball officials under the age of 24 through the Empowerment Network Step-Up Program and Elite Officials of Nebraska over the past three years!
We have evaluated 220 basketball officials in the 2026 year alone!
