On March 14, 2011 a dream came to Jeffrey Williams. How can we touch the lives of more middle school students to the possibilities of being viable contributors to our society?

Youth Sports Officiating Training!!!
The mission statement of J’s Braintrust Consulting Services Inc. is to teach young people and adults time management skills, financial principles, and entrepreneurial planning in order to be successful and productive adults. The vision of the organization is to equip young people and adults with the tools necessary to be able to build plans, goals and dreams by providing a strong, core foundation of values that will help them become productive citizens in our society.

We are happy to announce that we are working with Epic for Girls (https://www.epicforgirls.org/girls-ref-the-world/) by providing an officiating academy for BIPOC ladies ages 14-24!
EPIC for Girls researches, advocates for, and funds innovative solutions that address inequities in sports for girls of color.

- 2023 year = A total of 350 evaluation hours while traveling over 1,250 miles!
- Helped grow the Nebraska Schools Activities Association pool of registered youth officials by 5%!
- Over 930 hours of organizational activities!
- 2024 year = Out of 216 total officials, have evaluated 81 basketball and football officials under the age of 24 while traveling over 1,300 miles!
